First and foremost, the safety & well-being of your pet(s) is of the highest importance. Ensuring that your pet remains safe, happy and well cared for is our first responsibility and we take it very seriously.
By agreeing to participate in the activities at Bone Ranger, you agree that although best efforts are made, incidents can occur. You understand that incidents of injury/illness may occur from playing with other dogs including but is not limited to bites, scrapes, scratches and sprains and hold Bone Ranger harmless from liability with respect to any possible incidents. You agree that your dog is in good health and has not been ill with any communicable condition 2 weeks before visiting. You agree that your dog does not have fleas and will not bring your dog if she is in heat.
You also certify that your dog has not harmed or shown aggressive or threatening behaviour towards any person or dog.

Booking and Reservations
Because it is a cozy establishment, it is possible that we could reach maximum capacity and have to turn dogs/business away.
A non-refundable booking fee of 50% of the stay is due at the time of booking. The remaining 50% of the cost of stay is due two weeks before the stay. You may have to pay the full price for your dog's booking even if you pick them up early. You may have to pay a $25 fee if times and dates are changed for each visit including being late or early. Half-day rates only apply to day care dogs, not overnight boarders.
